We are proud to initiate a three part series led by Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo and Abbess Khenmo Drolma. Tibetan Buddhism has had many great female teachers; for the most part their teachings were lost over time. This series will introduce students to the ancient wisdom lineage of Yeshe Tsogyal, a historic Tibetan woman who achieved Buddhahood and to meditation. The unique teachings of Yeshe Tsogyal are available to us through Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo. She is recognized as an emmantaion of Yeshe Tsogyal/Vajrayogini/Prajnaparmita and she is in direct connection with her wisdom mind. The first day of each weekend will be taught by Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo. The second day will present relevant introductory Buddhist meditation practices taught by Abbess Khenmo Drolma. It is designed for new students and experienced practitioners. You can register for the complete series of three weekends, one weekend or any individual day.
You will learn:
The historic teachings of one of the great female saints
Sequential instruction in Tibetan Buddhist Meditation
How to awaken a vast heart and open mind
How to benefit others as a spiritual practice
Applying this commitment to benefit others in your daily life

About Yeshe Tsogyal: Considered the greatest Tibetan Female Meditator, Yeshe Tsogyal's life is a map for men and women of how to overcome hardship and achieve enlightenment. She had a deep longing and commitment to sincerely benefit others, completing a long and arduous training to do so. Tibetan Buddhism emphasizes the role of an experienced teacher or guide. She recorded Guru Padmasambhava's teaching for future generations and left her own practices for us as well.
